MoMa acquires Gruppo Ceramiche Ricchetti
The MoMa Group, one of the leading companies in the ceramic district, has finalised the acquisition of Gruppo Ceramiche Ricchetti with the aim of enhancing the brands and ensuring industrial continuity.
Gruppo Ceramiche Ricchetti is internationally recognised for the production and marketing of ceramic floor and wall tiles for interiors and exteriors, with prestigious international and Italian brands such as Cisa, Cerdisa and Ricchetti, suitable for all architectural, interior design and construction needs.
Gruppo Ceramiche Ricchetti will become part of the MoMa Group while maintaining its independent brands and production at the Maranello plant. The scope of the transaction includes the Italian production and distribution operations, while the foreign activities will remain under the control of the QuattroR Fund. The MoMa Group’s strategy will be to create significant production and commercial synergies with the other companies in the Group, promoting the growth and relaunch of brands that have built a strong premium positioning over the years, promoting high-quality products and a unique and distinctive style.
