Cerdomus acquires Armonie Mo.da & Musis and Quinta Strada and becomes Cerdomus Ceramics Group

Cerdomus continues on the path of development and, despite the difficult period that the global economy is going through, grows by external lines by acquiring the brands ‘Armonie’ and ‘Mo.da & Musis’, both based in Casalgrande, and the brand Quinta Strada, based in Castellarano. The transaction was accomplished through the creation of a new company, Armonie Ceramica Srl, owned by the Cerdomus group.

Cerdomus’ strategy now aims to better preside over markets globally. The acquisitions made will also bring about positive effects for the staff of companies in the Reggio Emilia area, with the transfer of all employees to the newly established Armonie Ceramica Srl division, thus ensuring employment continuity and professional stability for these workers and their families.

Cerdomus will saturate the production capacity of all new production facilities on which it has invested more than 25 million euros in Industry 4.0 technologies in the last three years. A new organizational and market configuration that should allow the group to settle on 80 million euros in sales already at the end of this fiscal year, with the goal is to reach 100 million at the end of 2027 “It is a victory of Made in Italy, of the desire and the ability to do business in the national territory with courage and determination,” said Paolo Turbati, President of Cerdomus Group.
