Ceramiche Coem at the Italian Pavilion
Coem takes part in Expo 2025 Osaka, a unique opportunity to share its vision of sustainable design, advanced ceramic technology, and Italian creativity on one of the world’s most prestigious stages.
A symbol of innovation and Made in Italy quality in the ceramic industry, Coem will make a tangible contribution to the international exhibition by supplying porcelain stoneware slabs from its Remixed collection, in the Ivory colour, for the flooring of the Auditorium inside the Italian Pavilion, designed by MCA – Mario Cucinella Architects.
The theme of Italian creativity – a fundamental concept of the Italian Pavilion, titled “Art Regenerates Life” – is reinterpreted and “remixed” by Coem through dynamic, fluid graphics that embody Italian craftsmanship.
“We Remixed Italian Creativity” expresses Coem’s ability to blend tradition, creativity, and innovation. The name Remixed becomes both a verb and the central concept of a claim that spans the surface of the product, conveying a multifaceted narrative that intertwines art, nature, people, ceramics, and technology.
Coem’s participation in Expo 2025 Osaka is an opportunity to strengthen its international presence, consolidating its ties with Japan and the broader Asian continent. Coem’s ceramic collections are the result of manufacturing processes designed to reduce emissions and resource consumption, with a strong emphasis on raw material reuse and energy efficiency.
“Taking part in Expo 2025 Osaka is a source of great pride for us and an important opportunity to showcase our expertise on a global stage. Japan is a strategic market for us, and we’re thrilled to bring the quality and beauty of Italian ceramics to the Italian Pavilion,” said Daniela Selmi, CEO of Coem.
This collaboration with the Italian Pavilion further underscores Coem’s dedication to promoting sustainable and responsible architecture—one that combines beauty, functionality and environmental respect.
