FLORIM APPOINTS BEATRICE LUCCHESE AS NEW CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Florim’s Board of Directors, during its meeting held on Thursday, May 21, appointed engineer Beatrice Lucchese as Chief Executive Officer of the company.The appointment marks a significant step in the group’s path of evolution and entrepreneurial continuity, formally introducing the third generation of the Lucchese family into the leadership of Florim.

Founded in the early 1960s by engineer Giovanni Lucchese, Florim is now an international benchmark in the high-end porcelain stoneware sector for architecture, interior design and construction. Since 1984, the company has been led by Chairman Claudio Lucchese, who has guided the group’s growth and international expansion. Today, Florim employs more than 1,400 people worldwide and recorded revenues of approximately €420 million in 2025.

Graduating in Engineering and Architecture from the University of Bologna, Beatrice Lucchese began her professional career with a research project focused on nanotechnologies applied to construction materials. She further strengthened her expertise through experience in leading international multidisciplinary engineering firms. A member of Florim’s Board of Directors since 2021, she joined the company operationally in 2022 as Technical Sales Engineer, later taking on roles of increasing responsibility up to Chief Commercial Officer and Project Director.
