Mapei among Italy’s Best Employers 2026
Mapei has been named among Italy’s Best Employers 2026, a result that confirms the central importance of people in the company’s strategy.
The recognition, awarded by Statista in collaboration with Corriere della Sera, is based on an independent survey conducted among a sample of more than 20,000 workers in Italy, all employed by companies with at least 250 staff members.
The study analysed both internal employee satisfaction and external corporate reputation, providing a transparent and reliable overview of the Italian employment landscape.
The methodology adopted by Statista stands out for its robustness and impartiality. Participants expressed their level of recommendation towards their own employer, contributing to a direct score. This was complemented by an indirect score, derived from opinions about other companies within the same industry. In total, around 5,000 organisations were assessed, and only 450 were selected for inclusion in the final ranking.
