Proleveling System, leveling system by Progress Profiles

Thanks to Proleveling System, the revolutionary patented leveling system by Progress Profiles, floor laying is quick and easy.

Proleveling System is based on a range of levelling bases of 1, 2, 3 and 5 mm, with spaced notches for spacing, separating or joining floors in all kinds of material. The other fundamental element is a threaded stem attached perpendicularly to the base, with various easy snap-off points: it allows for easy adjustment with turns of the cap during installation, adjusting pressure on the substrate and level the floor and/or wall covering in a uniform manner.

After the materials are set, removal of the cap and stem is made easy with either increased pressure by turning the cap, or by kicking it in the direction of the joint. Caps fit all threaded stems and can be reused an infinite amount of times. The exclusive cap removal system avoids moving tiles and opening gaps because snapping force is applied vertically and not transversally. Moreover, the new Protection Cap avoid possible scratches on natural stone and marble tiles. No need for expensive hand tools: these leveling bases and special threaded stems permits to obtains a perfect floor laying, with no climbs or glue storage.

Laying system:

Phase 1 –    Choose the desired type of leveling base according to the requested joints and joining: Linear, Cross and Half Cross Version of 1-2-3-5 mm

Phase 2 –   Apply the thinset or mortar on a level base with the proper notched trowel as called out in the setting materials manufacturer’s installation instructions.

Phase 3 –   During the application of the tile or other materials, position the base of the chosen leveler under the edge of the tile at the appropriate joint location and continue laying in sequence.

Phase 4 –   Attach the cap to the threaded stem by rotating it clockwise. Level the joint by rotating the cap using the minimum amount of pressure needed.

Phase 5 –   Once the setting materials have become solid and the floor or wall is ready for grout, kick the cap in the direction of the joint to detach connection points between base and stem.
