Cersaie trains showroom staff

A course running throughout the five days of the exhibition, designed to qualify the skills of these key professionals in their day-to-day sales interactions with customers

(July 2026) – Cersaie, the pre-eminent international exhibition of ceramic tile and bathroom furnishings, has always complemented its exhibition programme with cultural and training initiatives addressing the issues of greatest interest to visitors. These activities reinforce the show’s role as an essential event and meeting place for professionals across the supply chain involved in selling, specifying and installing the products on display.

The 43rd edition of Cersaie will feature an innovative series of training sessions for Italian showroom professionals. On each of the five days of the exhibition, Veronica Verona, owner of L’Accademia dello Showroom, will lead a session aimed at honing the skills of these key professionals in their day-to-day sales interactions with customers.

The course is designed to help participants sell premium products more effectively, moving beyond simple technical descriptions and learning how to guide customers towards informed decisions. Through advanced communication techniques, showroom professionals will learn how to present products more effectively, justify their price points and clearly communicate the aesthetic, functional and emotional benefits they offer. The hands-on programme will also include an in-depth session on sustainability and a visit to Tiling Town in Hall 19.

The initiative, organised jointly by Cersaie and L’Accademia dello Showroom, is held under the patronage of Confindustria Ceramica, ANGAISA, Federcomated and Assoposa, the national trade associations representing tile manufacturers, distributors and installers.
