(July 2026) – Cersaie, the leading international exhibition for ceramic tiles and bathroom furnishings, has always organised cultural and training activities focusing on the most topical and relevant issues for visitors. The aim is to confirm the exhibition as an essential event and meeting place for all professionals in the supply chain involved in commercialise, develop projects and using the products on display.
The 43rd edition of Cersaie will feature an innovative series of training meetings dedicated to Italian showroom staff. On each of the five days of the exhibition, Veronica Verona, owner of L’Accademia dello Showroom, will hold a session designed to qualify the skills of these key figures in their daily commercial relationships with customers.
The course content is designed to help participants manage the sale of premium products more effectively, moving beyond a simple technical description and learning how to guide customers towards making a conscious choice. Through advanced information techniques, showroom professionals will acquire tools to enhance the value of the product, defend its price and make tangible the aesthetic, functional and emotional benefits that justify its value. The practical course will also include an in-depth focus on sustainability and a visit to the Tiling Town in Hall 19.
The event, organised by Cersaie together with L’Accademia dello Showroom, has the patronage of Confindustria Ceramica, ANGAISA, Federcomated and Assoposa, the national trade associations representing companies in the production, distribution and tile-laying sectors.
