Marazzi Group: Top Employer for the 10th consecutive year

Training, well-being, inclusion, and the local area: Marazzi Group confirms a solid development model for 2025, with over 13,000 hours of training, Gender Equality certification, and new investments in skills and young people

Marazzi Group has been named a Top Employer 2025 for the tenth consecutive year, confirming the solidity and maturity of its organisational, cultural and people management model. This result rewards a structured and continuous commitment to training, safety, inclusion and well-being, fully integrated into the company’s strategy and processes.

During 2025, the Group provided 13,066 hours of training, involving 2,315 people. Training dedicated to onboarding, apprenticeships and special projects such as Young Tile, an immersive and experiential learning programme dedicated to employees under 30, accounted for 13% of the total hours provided in 2025, representing a 57% increase compared to 2024. This figure reflects the growing focus on the integration, orientation and development of the younger generation, as well as the structuring of increasingly integrated training programmes from the early stages of the relationship with the company.

Technical training remains one of the most dynamic areas, accounting for 11% of total hours and growing by 233% compared to the previous year. The increase is linked in particular to specialist training on factory machinery and the introduction of courses dedicated to Artificial Intelligence, supporting technological evolution and production processes.

The ESG area accounts for 6% of training hours, an increase of 41% compared to 2024, and represents one of the pillars of the Group’s HR strategy. This area includes the People-ness programme, designed to promote a culture of all-round well-being, which was further strengthened in 2025 with new initiatives dedicated to mental and physical well-being, safety and inclusion, developed with the support of experts in the field.

During the year, the programme was enriched with cancer prevention courses, with October dedicated to breast and urological cancer prevention and specialist visits carried out directly on site, with a particular focus on production facilities. Alongside these initiatives, People-ness included training on DE&I issues, financial wellbeing and safety, including through the safety comedy event.

Alongside internal training, Marazzi Group confirms its commitment to the local area and the younger generation through the Welcome to Marazzi for Kids & Schools programme, run in collaboration with the Municipality of Sassuolo. Over the three school years from 2023 to 2025, the project has involved a total of 1,700 primary and secondary school students in the Sassuolo area. A further 500 students are expected to be involved in 2026, further strengthening the dialogue between schools and businesses.

In 2025, Marazzi Group presented a solid, mature and well-managed management system, as confirmed by Certiquality audits on Quality (ISO 9001), Health and Safety (ISO 45001) and Gender Equality (PdR 125). The audits highlighted a well-established organisational model, suited to the complexity of the Group and capable of effectively supporting the achievement of corporate objectives. In terms of HR and inclusion, the Group stands out for its concrete programmes supporting parenthood and work-life balance, which achieve the highest compliance score, and for a solid supplementary contract, supported by dedicated resources and consistent with its people development policies.

Particularly significant is the PdR 125:2022 gender equality certification, applied in a structured and widespread manner to the entire Marazzi Group workforce, which stands out for its in-depth risk assessment, clear policies and strong and visible commitment from management.

“The Top Employer 2025 award, together with the Gender Equality Certification and our collaboration with the world of education, confirms the growth path we have built over time. This path is based on solid strategic choices, an increasingly evolved organisational culture and a concrete, daily focus on people, who remain the true driving force behind the Group,” says Leonardo Tavani, General Manager of Marazzi Group.
